| 6:1 | 耶和华阿，求你不要在怒中责备我，也不要在烈怒中惩罚我。 O LORD, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. | ||
| 6:2 | 耶和华阿，求你可怜我。因为我软弱。耶和华阿，求你医治我。因为我的骨头发战。 Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed. | ||
| 6:3 | 我心也大大的惊惶。耶和华阿，你要到几时才救我呢。 My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O LORD, how long? | ||
| 6:4 | 耶和华阿，求你转回，搭救我。因你的慈爱拯救我。 Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies' sake. | ||
| 6:5 | 因为在死地无人记念你，在阴间有谁称谢你。 For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks? | ||
| 6:6 | 我因唉哼而困乏。我每夜流泪，把床榻漂起，把褥子湿透。 I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears. | ||
| 6:7 | 我因忧愁眼睛乾瘪。又因我一切的敌人眼睛昏花。 Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies. | ||
| 6:8 | 你们一切作孽的人，离开我吧。因为耶和华听了我哀哭的声音。 Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping. | ||
| 6:9 | 耶和华听了我的恳求。耶和华必收纳我的祷告。 The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer. | ||
| 6:10 | 我的一切仇敌都必羞愧，大大惊惶。他们必要退后，忽然羞愧。 Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly. | ||
